Okonomiyaki (Japanese Pancake)

This hearty dish is full of cabbage, a standard okonomiyaki made with ingredients available overseas.

Water | 100 ml | ||
Pork belly | 70g | ||
Cabbage | 150g | ||
Okonomiyaki Sauce | To taste | 30g | |
KEWPIE Mayonnaise | To taste | 30g | |
Katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes) | To taste | 3g |

Directions
1Cut cabbage into strips.
2In a bowl, combine cabbage and eggs.
3Add water to bowl and mix, then add flour and mix further.
4Heat oil in a frying pan and add the cabbage mixture. Place pork belly on top, flip pancake and cook until cooked through.
5Place pancake on a serving dish, spread Okonomiyaki Sauce, drizzle with KEWPIE Mayonnaise, and top with dried bonito flakes.
Cooking Tip
For an even more flavorful dish, use broth instead of water.
