Potato Salad with Broccoli and Boiled Egg

A stylish potato salad with broccoli and boiled eggs.

Potato 1 140g
Broccoli 3 bunches 45g
Bacon 1 strip 20g
Boiled egg 1 50g
Salt Pinch
Black pepper Pinch
Vegetable oil To taste
KEWPIE Mayonnaise To taste

Directions

1Wash potato, leave wet, and wrap in a dry paper towel. Loosely wrap everything with plastic wrap and microwave for about 3 minutes and 30 seconds (600 W) or 2 minutes (1000 W), then cut potato in half.

2Heat oil in frying pan, fry potato halves.

3Boil broccoli in boiling salted water, cut into small pieces.

4Cut bacon into 2 cm pieces, place in heatproof dish, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for about 30 seconds (600 W) or 20 seconds (1000 W).

5Boil egg, cut into rounds.

6Squeeze mayonnaise over potato halves, top with broccoli and egg slices, top with lines of mayonnaise, and sprinkle with black pepper.
