Sautéed Farm Vegetables with Avocado and Tofu Sesame Dip

This recipe combines KEWPIE Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing with tofu and avocado to create a dipping sauce served with grilled vegetables. The gentle aroma of sesame goes well with vegetables.

Directions
1Use a hand blender to combine avocado and KEWPIE Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing in a bowl.
2Use a hand blender to combine the drained tofu and KEWPIE Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing as in step 1.
3Cut seasonal vegetables into bite-sized pieces, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and grill (the tri-colored potatoes in the photo are sliced and deep-fried).
4Place vegetables on a serving dish, garnish with the avocado and tofu mixtures.
