Ingredients (2 serving)

Leafy green 1 cup
Romanesco, steamed 50g
Avocado, sliced 1/2
Red bell pepper, cut into chunks 1/4
Fried chickpeas 1/4 cup
Chicken breast 200g
Olive oil 1 teaspoon
KEWPIE Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing 2 tablespoons

Cooking Time

Directions

1In a frying pan, heat the oil and cook the chicken. Remove from the heat and slice the chicken into pieces. Set aside.

2On the serving plate, place the leafy greens, romanesco, bell pepper, avocado, and chicken. Drizzle the dressing and top it with chickpeas. Serve immediately.
