Green Salad

This green salad is filled with crisp, colorful vegetables that go well with KEWPIE Mayonnaise.

Ingredients (2 servings)

Green asparagus 2–3 spears 32-48g
Mini tomatoes 4–5 60g
Green leaf lettuce 50g
Red leaf lettuce 50g
Kale 20g
Red pepper 20g
Yellow pepper 20g
Red onion 30g
Radish 30g
KEWPIE Mayonnaise To taste

Cooking Time

15 minutes

Directions

1Parboil asparagus, cut into 4 cm pieces. Cut mini tomatoes in half, slice red and yellow bell peppers lengthwise, and thinly slice red onion and radish. Hand-shred the green leaf, red leaf, and kale into bite-sized pieces.

2Arrange all ingredients in a bowl, top with lines of KEWPIE Mayonnaise.
