Crispy Salad with Charred Romaine Lettuce

In this recipe, romaine lettuce, which has been charred to enhance its aroma, is combined with the sweetness of carrots, and the savory crunch of fried wontons, accented with thick, KEWPIE Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing. The vegetables alone are enough to make this a satisfying salad.
