Karaage (Japanese Fried Chicken)

A classic and popular fried chicken recipe. Mayonnaise is used for the seasoning, resulting in juicy, tender chicken. Serve with a squeeze of lemon and mayonnaise dip, as desired.

Directions
1Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
2Cut lemon into wedges.
3Mix (A) mayonnaise, ginger, garlic, sake, and soy sauce in a bowl, add chicken thighs.
4Dust chicken thigh chunks with flour, deep-fry in oil at 170℃ until golden brown.
5Place fried chicken in a bowl and, dress with KEWPIE Mayonnaise, green leaf lettuce, and lemon wedges.
