Tonkatsu (Breaded Pork Cutlet)

Crispy fried tonkatsu (pork cutlets) with a distinctive Japanese flavor topped with KEWPIE Mayonnaise and a generous amount of KEWPIE Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing

Pork loin 1 200g
(Seasoning) salt To taste 1g
(Seasoning) pepper To taste 0.1g
Flour 10g
Breadcrumbs 15g
Egg 30g
Cabbage 50g
Red cabbage 10g
Carrot 10g
KEWPIE Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing To taste 30 ml
KEWPIE Mayonnaise To taste 20g

Cooking Time

20 minutes

Directions

1Slice pork loin into cutlets.

2Shred green cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots, mix together.

3Season cutlet with salt and pepper.

4Coat cutlet with flour, egg, and breadcrumbs (in this order), and deep fry in oil at 180℃ until golden brown.

5Place tonkatsu on a serving dish, drizzle with KEWPIE Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing, and garnish with shredded cabbage and KEWPIE Mayonnaise.
