Directions
1Slice pork loin into cutlets.
2Shred green cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots, mix together.
3Season cutlet with salt and pepper.
4Coat cutlet with flour, egg, and breadcrumbs (in this order), and deep fry in oil at 180℃ until golden brown.
5Place tonkatsu on a serving dish, drizzle with KEWPIE Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing, and garnish with shredded cabbage and KEWPIE Mayonnaise.
