Sauce Mayo Yakisoba (Sauce Mayo Stir-fried Noodles)

Yakisoba sauce goes well with rich KEWPIE Mayonnaise.

Noodles (steamed) 2 servings 300g
Cabbage 1 leaf 60g
Bean sprouts 100g
Carrot 2cm 20g
Pork belly (thin sliced) 3 slices 60g
Yakisoba sauce To taste
Pickled ginger To taste
Dried seaweed powder To taste
Vegetable oil To taste
KEWPIE Mayonnaise To taste

Directions

1Cut cabbage into thin, wide strips. Peel carrots and cut into rectangles. Cut pork belly into bite-size pieces.

2Heat oil in frying pan, fry pork belly until color changes, add cabbage and bean sprouts, sauté well.

3When vegetables have softened, add noodles and 60 ml water (not included in ingredients), stir-fry while loosening noodles, add yakisoba sauce, and mix well.

4Place yakisoba in a bowl, top with lines of mayonnaise, sprinkle with dried seaweed powder, and garnish with pickled ginger.
