Romaine Lettuce Millefeuille Sandwich

This sandwich is made by simply layering cheese and bacon in romaine lettuce. When cut in half, the cross section looks beautiful. The spiciness of the mustard accentuates the taste.

Sandwich bread 2 slices
Romaine lettuce 4 leaves 80g
Sliced cheese 1 slice 20g
Bacon 1 slice 18g
KEWPIE Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
Coarse mustard 1 tablespoon

Cooking Time

10 minutes

Directions

1Toast bread and bacon in a toaster oven.

2Squeeze mayonnaise onto romaine lettuce, layer with sliced cheese and bacon, and fold into a square.

3Spread mustard on the toasted bread, assemble sandwich, and cut in half.
