Chicken Sandwich with Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing

Even an ordinary sandwich can become a meal featuring the richness of sesame seeds by combining KEWPIE Mayonnaise and KEWPIE Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing.

KEWPIE Mayonnaise | 6 teaspoons |

Directions
1Rinse lettuce in cold water, hand-shred into bite-size pieces. Cut tomatoes into 1 cm thick slices. Thinly slice purple onion, soak in cold water and drain.
2Salt and pepper chicken thigh. Heat oil in a frying pan and brown chicken, starting from the skin side, then cook the other side over low heat until thoroughly cooked.
3Combine 2 tablespoons dressing and 2 teaspoons mayonnaise.
4Toast bread until lightly browned, spread 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise on one slice.
5Place green leaf lettuce, tomato, and red onions on the slice of bread and drizzle half of sauce mixture over the top. Cover with another slice of toast. Repeat to make second sandwich, and cut sandwiches in half.
6Heat French fries in a toaster oven as indicated on the package.
7Arrange sandwich and fries on a serving dish.
Adjust toaster oven baking times, accordingly.
