Tonkatsu Sando (Pork Cutlet Sandwich)

This tonkatsu (fried pork cutlet) sandwich is made with a generous portion of shredded cabbage dressed with KEWPIE Mayonnaise, KEWPIE Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing and onions.

Toasted bread 2 slices 100g
KEWPIE Mayonnaise To taste
Tonkatsu 1 piece 110g
KEWPIE Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing 25 ml
Cabbage 60g

Cooking Time

10 minutes

Directions

1Mix shredded cabbage and KEWPIE Mayonnaise.

2Place tonkatsu on slice of toast.

3Drizzle KEWPIE Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing over tonkatsu.

4Top with generous portion of cabbage mixture.

5Place slice of toast on top to complete sandwich.
