Sesame-Infused Fried Eggplant and Falafel Wrap Sandwich

Juicy fried eggplant and crispy falafel are the main ingredients in this healthy and satisfying sandwich.

Directions
1Coat one side of tortilla with a tablespoon of mayonnaise.
2Arrange fried eggplant, falafel, and KEWPIE Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing lengthwise on tortilla.
3Add escarole, shredded cabbage, and tomatoes over the top, and squeeze a line of KEWPIE Mayonnaise over the ingredients.
4Fold from the bottom 4 cm of tortilla, fold the left and right sides in, and wrap sandwich in wax paper for the finishing touch.
