What is Hyabest®(S)LF5-A?
Kewpie's Hyabest®(S)LF5-A is a Hyaluronic acid produced using the fermentation method, and then purified to high purity.
Molecular weight has been adjusted using Kewpie's proprietary technology.
Best used for mixing with beverages to provide high moisture retention.
* The product conforms to the definition of Hyaluronic acid in the List of Existing Food Additives.
